Our ham is made in the heart of Savoie using a traditional recipe. It is hand-salted with sea salt, air-dried and matured for a minimum of 9 months, all nitrate-free! You’ll love its melt-in-the-mouth texture and subtle hazelnut flavour, achieved by the long maturing process.
