Our smoked Rosette from Savoy is made according to traditional recipes from French pork, with a carefully selected blend of spices, delicately smoked, stuffed into natural pork casing and dried in our plant in the heart of Savoy for a sausage with authentic flavours. Perfect to hang in the deli counter or as a culinary ingredient for salads, sandwiches, pizza topping, etc.
Ingredients
Pork meat and fat (origine : France), salt, lactose, wheat dextrose, garlic, pepper, nutmeg, potassium nitrate, ferments, collagen casing. Smoked with beech wood. 140 g of pork used per 100 g of finished product.
