Our chiffonade of smoked Savoy ham is made according to a traditional lactose-free recipe using beef from France, and dried in our plant in the heart of Savoy for a ham with a subtle hazelnut taste, salted by hand and thinly sliced. The long maturing process gives it a slight nutty note which makes this ham so mild. Air-dried and matured for at least 10 months.
Ingredients
Pork ham (origin: France), salt.
Product smoked with beech wood
Chiffonade of smoked Savoy ham
Savoy ham, apple and cheese sandwiches

Preparation
Cut your bread into slices.
Take 4 of these slices, on each of them place thin slices of smoked Savoy ham chiffonade in a layer.
Cut the apples into slices.
Cover the slices entirely with the chiffonade of smoked Savoy ham and place the apple slices on top.
Then grate the Beaufort into a plate.
Put the grated Beaufort on the apples.
Place in the oven for 15 minutes.
Serve your toast warm with a salad and enjoy!
